Product name, 
Quantity, 
Price, 
Shipping address,
Desired method of shipping (UPS, USPS and/or Expedited),
Credit Card number and Expiration date, 
Email address, and
a phone number where we can contact you if we have questions.
Tax will be added for all orders shipped to an address within the state of Utah.

Canceling or Changing Orders:

If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order, please email as soon as possible. We will do everything that we can to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Wholesale Information

If you would like to setup a wholesale account or for your free wholesale login with password that shows pricing and more you may register by emailing for instructions at sales@homeandapparelstore.com, call 1-801-280-6200, write, email or fax.

If you register online your prices will be set up for our $200.00 wholesale minimum order. Please allow 24 business hours for your account to be activated or give us a call to activate right away.
If you plan on buying a larger quantity please call 1-801-280-6200 to negotiate pricing.

 

Payment Methods
Credit cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Other Payment Methods: These methods may vary and are visible at checkout.

Shipping:

  • We use UPS in the USA(48 states), UPS or USPS in Canada, Alaska and Hawaii are USPS unless otherwise specified (may have additional charges). Shipping to any other country is additional; you are responsible for duties & taxes. 
     Canada addresses average $21.00-45.00 shipping for a queen size blanket. These charges may not appear on your order but will be added to your invoice and emailed to you before shipment. If you are having problems with your order please call 801-280-6200 to order over the phone. You are responsible for brokerage fees, duties & taxes.
  • APO addresses are billed actual shipping charges USPS (average $30.00). These charges may not appear on your order but will be added to your invoice and emailed to you before shipment. If we are shipping to an APO, millitary or outside of the USA addresses your package will be boxed but may not be taken to the post office for a few days as we only drop off packages a few times a week.
  • We only ship USPS for our millitary customers or customers in Alaska and Hawaii or outside of the USA, all other packages are sent UPS.
    •Express Mail is available for an additional fee. Please call or email for quotes and instructions to add to your order.
  • Expedite your order to assure *same day shipments for an additional fee of $7.00 per order.Please call or email for instructions to expedite your order. *Monday-Friday orders placed before noon MST excluding holidays.

Returning Merchandise
If you need to return merchandise, please request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us. In the email, please indicate what items you are returning, the reason for the return and what action you would like us to take. We will send you an RMA number to be included with your return. Please note that we do not refund shipping unless your package is lost and your lost claim is approved. If there is a manufacture defect or damage we will exchange for free. If you received free or reduced shipping, actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.There is a 10% restocking fee on all exchanges and returns. 
 
Merchandise damaged during shipping
All shipments are fully insured, and damaged merchandise will be replaced promptly. If a package appears to be damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it. Should damage occur during shipment, notify Shipper (UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS) immediately then contact us. Do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise, as examination by shipping inspectors may be necessary. Please take pictures of item and packaging. If a Parcel Post package arrives damaged, have a local postal clerk verify the damage, then notify us.
